MILWAUKEE (April 11, 2018) – Cousins Subs ® and the Milwaukee Bucks joined efforts for the third consecutive year to award a VIP fan experience to the Cousins ‘Super Sub’ grand prize winner.
From January 1 – 31st, fans were encouraged to visit bucks.com/supersub to nominate the Cousins ‘Super Sub’ Bucks player they thought was making the largest impact off the bench. Fans were able to channel their inner Bucks pride through a month of head-to-head voting, and selected Bucks’ player, Thon Maker, as the best off the bench performer.
In addition to Thon Maker being selected as the ‘Super Sub’ player, Brett Paavola of Milwaukee, Wisconsin received the grand prize of two tickets to the Bucks vs. Pelicans game, free Cousins Subs for a year and a once-in-a-lifetime ‘Eat and Greet’ with Thon Maker.
“It was a really cool feeling getting Cousins Subs for a year, tickets to a game and an opportunity to meet Thon,” said Paavola. “It was an amazing opportunity.”
Every fan who voted in the ‘Super Sub’ sweepstakes scored an exclusive Cousins Subs offer to satisfy their local cravings. Five runner-up winners were also selected to receive two tickets to a select Bucks game along with a $100 Cousins Subs gift card.
