MILWAUKEE (Nov. 16, 2020)— Cousins Subs ® today announced the Cousins Subs on Paradise Drive in West Bend, Wisconsin, has been named the ‘Small Employer of the Year’ by the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant is owned and operated by franchise partner Keith Novotny who is a native of the community.
“I am honored to receive the award for Small Employer of the Year,” said Keith Novotny. “Since beginning my career with Cousins Subs as a sandwich maker in high school, I have dreamed of opening my own restaurant to not only serve quality sub sandwiches, but also make it better for my neighbors in need.”
