Lamers plans to attend the University of Montana in the<\/p>\n<p>fall to pursue a doctoral degree in physical therapy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The first-place male prize winner, receiving a $7,500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>scholarship is Colin Belton of D.C. Everest High School in Schofield,<\/p>\n<p>Wis. Belton plans to attend Duke University in the fall to study<\/p>\n<p>Neuroscience and History and partake in Duke\u2019s FOCUS program studying cognitive<\/p>\n<p>neuroscience and law.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The second-place female prize winner, receiving a $2,500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>scholarship is Audrey Rabitz of Manitowoc Lincoln High School in<\/p>\n<p>Manitowoc, Wis. Rabitz plans to continue her academics and athletics at<\/p>\n<p>St. Cloud State University as a part of the pre-physical therapy program<\/p>\n<p>and a member of the track team.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The second-place male prize winner, receiving a $2,500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>scholarship is Dalton Hoehn of Mauston High School in Mauston, Wis.<\/p>\n<p>Hoehn plans to attend the University of Wisconsin \u2013 Eau Claire in the fall<\/p>\n<p>to pursue a nursing degree and play football.<\/p>\n<p>The<\/p>\n<p>four recipients and their parents attended the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame<\/p>\n<p>73rd Annual Induction Ceremony Saturday, April 1st, where<\/p>\n<p>they were recognized on stage during the ceremony by Driver and Cousins Subs<\/p>\n<p>Vice President of Marketing, Justin McCoy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese<\/p>\n<p>four individuals are beyond impressive,\u201d said Driver. \u201cWe had a ton of great<\/p>\n<p>applicants for our first Driven at Heart scholarship contest, but Ava, Colin,<\/p>\n<p>Audrey and Dalton stood out amongst the crowd. It was an honor to be on stage<\/p>\n<p>with these four bright minds and I can\u2019t wait to see what they accomplish in the<\/p>\n<p>next step of their life journeys.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe couldn\u2019t have<\/p>\n<p>asked for a better group to represent our first Driven at Heart scholarship<\/p>\n<p>winners,\u201d said McCoy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have no doubt they will find success throughout their college years and<\/p>\n<p>beyond \u2013 these four set the bar high for years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cousins<\/p>\n<p>Subs received nearly 300 applications from stellar high school senior athletes<\/p>\n<p>through the Driven at Heart scholarship contest. The four scholarship<\/p>\n<p>recipients were selected due to their academic achievements, community<\/p>\n<p>contributions and success in WIAA sanctioned sports.<\/p>\n<p>The<\/p>\n<p>four scholarships are funded by the Make It Better<\/p>\n<p>Foundation \u2013 the brand\u2019s nonprofit<\/p>\n<p>organization that addresses the vital community needs of health and wellness,<\/p>\n<p>hunger and youth education.
