Just as West Allis continues to revitalize, Cousins too is positioning itself as a leader in the city\u2019s restaurant scene. By incorporating digital upgrades and new design elements, the sub shop delivers on its mission to provide a quality dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>The exterior design is reflective of what guests will experience inside the restaurant \u00ac\u2013 an earth tone color palette, wood features and industrial finishes. Once inside, guests will enjoy the company\u2019s Milwaukee Sub Shop restaurant design, which reflects its Midwestern roots and celebrates the hardworking, industrial culture of Cousins\u2019 heritage.<\/p>\n<p>The West Allis restaurant is one of Cousins\u2019 first locations to serve as a test unit for its new interior digital signage package including menu boards and advertising materials displayed on high-definition monitors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we remodel, relocate and open new units, we will continue to evolve our design package to best fit the demands of our guests in the spaces we call home,\u201d said Justin McCoy, vp of marketing at Cousins Subs. \u201cProviding our guests with a contemporary and inviting environment is always at the forefront of any design or buildout consideration. These new enhancements deliver on that premise by digitally communicating the brand\u2019s story to our guests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additional restaurant features include complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-service drive-thru, exterior patio seating and convenient parking, allowing guests to satisfy their local cravings indoors, outdoors and on-the-go. Guests can pick from Cousins\u2019 full lineup of made to order deli-fresh and grilled subs customizable with either all-white meat chicken or USDA choice steak. The menu also pays homage to Cousins\u2019 heritage with signature Wisconsin-based products such as Sprecher root beer, Wisconsin Cheese Curds and subs topped with all Wisconsin cheeses.
