Cousins Subs \u00ae reopens in newly constructed building at 5333 N. Port Washington Rd.<\/p>\n<p>The 2,380-sq. foot location is Cousins\u2019 first corporate-owned brick and mortar restaurant to feature the company\u2019s rebranding elements\u2014an initiative Cousins announced in May 2016 to create a streamlined look and feel across all restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve served our quality sub sandwiches at this location for 27 years. Rebuilding at this location was an easy decision due to the amount of traffic and retail options in the area,\u201d said Joe Ferguson, vp of development at Cousins Subs. \u201cWe enjoy serving the people of Glendale and the new development allowed for a larger space with more seating to better meet the needs of our guests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The exterior incorporates the new logo markings that pair the tagline \u201cGrilled and Deli Fresh\u201d with \u201cSubs\u201d to better communicate the sub shop\u2019s cuisine philosophy. Once inside, guests will enjoy the company\u2019s new Milwaukee Sub Shop design, which combines natural materials balanced by solid surfaces, stone walls, wood floors, an earth tone color palette and industrial finishes.<\/p>\n<p>Photo Caption: Cousins new Glendale location offers a dynamic in-store guest experience that is equal to the quality of our product.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur new Glendale location allows us to offer guests a modern, inviting environment that honors our brand\u2019s history, Milwaukee roots, and values,\u201d said Ferguson. \u201cIt\u2019s a space that encourages guests to sit, stay and work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Glendale restaurant also includes Cousins\u2019 Project Henry make line ordering process, which is featured in select locations, and allows guests to easily customize their sub as they observe their order being made.* Another addition is a more accessible drive-thru\u2014adding a convenient ordering option for guests.<\/p>\n<p>Guests can pick from Cousins full lineup of deli-fresh and grilled to order subs that can be made with either all-white meat chicken or USDA choice steak. The menu also pays homage to Cousins\u2019 heritage with signature Wisconsin-based products including Sprecher Root Beer on tap, Wisconsin Cheese Curds and subs topped with all Wisconsin cheeses.<\/p>\n<p>As part of a larger company test, the Glendale location is the first to serve a variety of Sprecher beer as well as vanilla and chocolate shakes made with Wisconsin-based dairy and toppings.
