The restaurant is owned and operated by franchise partner Keith Novotny who is a native of the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am honored to receive the award for Small Employer of the Year,\u201d said Keith Novotny. \u201cSince beginning my career with Cousins Subs as a sandwich maker in high school, I have dreamed of opening my own restaurant to not only serve quality sub sandwiches, but also make it better for my neighbors in need.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cousins Subs on Paradise Drive was one of ten businesses nominated for the award and the only one to be named a winner.
