MILWAUKEE (January 7, 2020) \u2013 Cousins Subs\u00ae in Milwaukee\u2019s East Side neighborhood reopened today in The Eastsider \u2013 a modern, multi-purpose luxury apartment building \u2013 on the corner of Oakland Avenue and Locust Street.<\/p>\n
The 1,775 square-foot restaurant, owned and operated by Capri Subs, LLC., is Cousins Subs 40th remodeled location to feature the company\u2019s rebranding elements \u2013 natural wood, stone and metal accents, d\u00e9cor that promotes the brand\u2019s cuisine philosophy, rich history and commitment to the community through its Make It Better Foundation , new logo and digital menu boards that feature dynamic pricing \u2013 an initiative Cousins Subs announced in May of 2016 to create a streamlined look and feel across all restaurants in the sub shop\u2019s current and future markets.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Eastsider is a new development in Milwaukee\u2019s East Side that modernizes the historic neighborhood and appeals to those who live, work and study in the area,\u201d said Joe Ferguson, Vice President of Development at Cousins Subs. \u201cCousins Subs is proud to be the sub sandwich shop of choice for many students, residents and businesses in the neighborhood and is confident this redeveloped location will exceed guests\u2019 expectations.\u201d<\/p>\n
The new restaurant offers Cousins Subs\u2019 full menu of deli fresh and grilled to order subs and made to order sides for dine in, pick-up and delivery. Guests can also place catering orders through the location via the Cousins Subs website. Patrons who are enrolled in Cousins Club \u2013 the brand\u2019s new point-based loyalty program \u2013 will receive one point for every $1 spent both online and in store.<\/p>\n
The location will employ 15 hardworking crew members and will be open all week long from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Capri Subs, LLC. owns and operates four Cousins Subs locations in the greater Milwaukee area, three of which have been remodeled over the last two years.<\/p>\n
