A nod to Wisconsin and cheese lovers everywhere, Cousins\u2019 \u201cBig Cheese\u201d sub taps into the vibrant heritage of \u2018America\u2019s Dairyland.\u2019 Featuring chicken or steak fresh off the grill topped with bacon, saut\u00e9ed onions, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, sharp cheese sauce made locally and the sub shop\u2019s Wisconsin Cheese Curds, the \u201cBig Cheese\u201d is packed with flavor for the legendary \u201cBig Gig.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThis June marks Cousins\u2019 45 years of serving Wisconsinites, and we wanted to bring festival goers a sub rich in local flavor that is both commemorative of our heritage and unique for Summerfest\u2019s 50th,\u201d said Justin McCoy, vp of marketing at Cousins Subs. \u201cWe encourage everyone to sink their teeth into indulgence and celebrate all that makes Wisconsin\u2019s food culture iconic.\u201d<\/p>\n
Those looking to enjoy the \u201cBig Cheese\u201d fresh off the grill, can visit the Cousins Subs concession located in the Miller Lite Oasis across from the stage. Cousins Subs encourages fans to share their love of the \u201cBig Cheese\u201d on social media by using #BIGCHEESIN.<\/p>\n
Cousins will also sell a select variety of its deli-fresh and grilled to order subs made with chicken or steak as well as fries and Wisconsin Cheese Curds.<\/p>\n
