From Jan. 29 \u2013 Feb. 18, fans were encouraged to join Bucky Badger\u2122 on and off the court by entering the sweepstakes. Prizes included: two (2) tickets to the March 2 \u2013 4, 2018 Men\u2019s Basketball Conference Championship Tournament held in New York City, a three-night hotel stay, and a $500 travel stipend; free subs for a year; Badger sports package; $100 Cousins Subs gift card.<\/p>\n
Out of 9,820 sweepstakes entries, Steven Weber of Brookfield, Wisconsin was selected as the grand prize winner of \u2018Bucky\u2019s Got Game,\u2019 scoring the opportunity to support UW-Madison at the conference tournament in New York City.<\/p>\n
“What I enjoyed most was the energy of the tournament. It was really interesting to see people from all over go crazy for their team that was in a different state,\u201d said Steven Weber. \u201cThe venue itself was perfect; there’s no place like the Garden and now I know why.”<\/p>\n
